Brian also maintains global financial and banking relationships and has negotiated complex financing arrangements for projects in multiple industries and geographies.

Brian’s work spans a variety of contexts including politics and policy, large scale investments, State-Owned Enterprise governance, sovereign wealth fund strategy, and integrating development with private sector investment. His work combines big picture thinking with detailed execution and has led to many multi-hundred-million dollar investments and project budgets in areas as diverse as agriculture, energy, mining, transportation, financial technology, healthcare, education, environmental protection, humanitarian response, corporate social responsibility, and private sector stimulation.

As Co-Chair of the US-Chad Investment Council, Brian promotes trade, investment, and business exchange between the United States of America and the Republic of Chad. In his private capacity, Brian maintains relationships across financial, diplomatic, and humanitarian networks and participates in various advisory boards for corporate and nonprofit entities worldwide.
