Nairobi Kenya
I am a catholic Nun working with the Association of sisterhoods of Kenya. A nurse by profession and passionate about mental health and well-being of people.
Currently a student at Tangaza University College pursuing BA in Counselling Psychology. My greatest desire is to reduce the burden of treatment for the poor. The cost of health and well-being is very expensive and poverty margin seems to be increasing day by day, the poor becoming poorer and the rich richer. Reducing the margin is a dream, but reducing the cost for health for the marginalized can increase my joy and peace. Digital health will do this in the sense that, e-health and tele-medicine at the grassroots will ease life threatening experiences for the poor.

So, If you want to talk to me, tell me how we can equip the remote health facilities managed by Catholic Nuns with diagnostic machines, and give the poor a chance to receive the same health services as the rich, and safe both the life of the poor and the rich.
Mental health issues are on the increase, talk to me how we can empower the Nuns to carry out family Ministry to sensitize on the issues and empower the families on mental health and well-being at least we can reduce suicide cases.
you can also talk to me about life in general.
